Quiénes somos
We are a small family run business and customer service is very important to us. So we are more than happy to answer questions before and after you purchase an item from us and endeavour to answer as quickly, professionally and honestly as we can. We specialise in Balloons, Party Essentials, Effects Machines, Sound and Lighting but our main passion is Halloween - we are absolutely nuts about it! We have a vast array of props and decorations and are always on the look out for more and try where possible, to encourage customers to reuse where they can. So from April through to November you can be sure that our shop will be getting new additions on a weekly and sometimes daily basis. All items that we list are held in physical stock and we always take a look at new items and familiarise ourselves with them - especially the Halloween props because we are big kids at heart. I honestly think that they undersold themselves as the postage and packaging MUST have cost more than the price sold . The Hanging Files we purchased (although used) are in excellent condition and there are many of them.
