  Items described as New! Both packages came open, New but open. Reached out to seller to check this out first before leaving feedback and, their reply was that I opened them up.   The item was exactly as described, arrived packaged well and undamaged. Unfortunately, to no fault of the seller the weight of the flatware was much lighter than ours and therefore unusable. This seller states "no returns," and that is my only disappointment.
