    Wrong size case was sent but after contacting seller it transpires that their supplier had mislabelled them. Seller provided full refund as well as an offer of another case. Excellent customer service and can highly recommend.

    To be fair, although seller a bit slow to respond the seller has now contacted me and said they will issue refund and was not their fault as they were supplied to them saying they were for the correct phone. i will change this feedback rating when i receive my refund.

    It is a genuine item, in brand new condition. The seller was extremely helpful. We had a slight issue and to resolve it the seller sent the item expedited to Canada from the UK. I highly recommend the seller as reliable, courteous and trustworthy. A+++ I will be buying from this seller again !!

    Incorrect item supplied two weeks of waiting for a response having sent emails and photos as requested but still not received an answer as to what action they are going to take to rectify this problem. Very poor customer service and communications .

    Not a very responsive seller, waited a while to get the tracking ID and delayed delivery (which of course is not upto the seller). The product is as described however without the box as shown in the picture. Offered reasonable discount so value for money.

    Original one didn’t arrive, assume Royal Mail lost it. Replacement was sent really fast though and although it looks more gold than the silver one in the picture, I still really like it. Brand new condition, good value for a good quality phone case.
