    Even though she sent the wrong item to me, she trusted me to send it back and resent the correct item to me. I received it today in excellent condition. This will not turn me off from buying from her again, and I hope it does not deter others from buying from her. Her communication on this item was excellent, and I would buy from her again. She did have the package to me very quickly. This is why I gave her positive feedback.

    Not happy with the transaction, the stein had 3 large chips that was not stated and the lid slid up and down the handle. That should have been stated and described. Packaging good but a bit slow shipping and the value, to me, was not worth it.
