  The filters fit our Holmes air purifier perfectly. They were a reasonable price and delivery is sooner than advertised. The filters were undamaged however the outer box was ripped and crushed. Could have been packed a little better but as I said, no damage to the filters

  There was a mistake made with my order. I sent a meesage over the weekend. Monday morning they responded apologizer for the error and they would send the missing item. that was Monday! delivered that Thursday. Fantastic communication and customer service. I highly recommend ua-parts. Thank you

  The item is as described. This is my 2nd purchase from this seller and they have done a outstanding job in getting my order shipped out fast! They got it out the door and in the mail the very same day! This seller is very, very fast! The item is of good quality but needs some muscle to install it. There is nothing wrong with it ----It just needs a good push to snap it in (a very snug and tight fit)! I am very happy with my order! Seller is FANTASTIC!! A++++++
