    Air purifier was listed as open box but looks brand new. It was accurately described by the seller. I communicated with the seller last week about a different item, and their response time was amazing! When I purchased this item, they provided tracking within a couple hours. The price was perfect, and the item looks great and is of high quality. Saved this seller and will definitely buy from them again!

    When I received the "open box" item, I found that it was actually a "used" item. The air purifier had been rewrapped in the original plastic and taped up giving it the appearance of an unused item, but the smell was overpowering when the plastic was removed. I contacted the seller within a few minutes of opening the box. The seller was probably duped when they purchased it. The seller apologized and immediately issued a refund.This was outstanding service! I would use/trust this seller again.

    The item came on time and was packaged well. The air purifier is amazing. The seller had great communication throughout the entire purchasing process. The air purifier works and looks great.
