    The seller made an honest mistake by listing the size of the item as being 2 fl oz. When I received it, it was actually just 1 fl oz. I contacted the seller, and within ten minutes got a response with an apology. They issued me a full refund with no further questioning and told me to keep and use the product rather than return. Fast shipping and great communication!

    I'm glad you put it in a heavy box.. Fedex left it out in the middle of the driveway.. and the outer box and inner were damaged but I think the model is ok.. This was a first for Fedex and it's why I use 'em, they never screw up.. USPS? not so good..
