What we bought are two CF410JC, CF413JC, what we received is a cheap single white box CF412A from a triple pack. This seller took money and run away, we have to file ebay papal case to get our money back.

First off, this buyer had this item in their possession for 34-35 days before even responding about the order. Secondly, the ink they're stating we sent them had never been owned by us at any point this year (we had never purchased, owned, or sold that model at all... there is no way they got it from us). We just got CF412A in 10-12 days ago. I'm guessing this is one of those buyers that buy ink like this throughout the year and they usually get orders mixed up weeks/months down the line).
