  Item was just as described. Shipping was considerably delayed due to ice storms in the east, no update was given, I had to keep emailing to ask the status of my $1750+ order. I'd have expected shipping updates once the package did not ship on time, but none were given.

  I'm only giving 4 starts for shipping and communication as I had to contact the seller to ask about receiving my item as I had not received any tracking info in about two weeks after purchase. However, after contacting the seller, I immediately received a call and they promptly shipped out my item.
