    I'm delighted with the purchase and especially the service I received from Jo, he's a superb seller, very communicative, he was quick to provide extra details about the item, the guitar is just as described, it came incredibly well protected inside and outside the case, I would have complete confidence in buying from him again, and no concerns about the risks involved in shipping. End to end shipping time from Japan to Luxembourg, including clearing customs, was under 10 days. Thank you Jo!

    Super fast shipping from Japan to the US , less than a week. The guitar was well-represented in the photos, and in better condition than described. Packing was expert, communication excellent. Would absolutely buy again.

    The deliver was very quick, considering it came all the way from Japan to England. It was packed very well. I can't judge on whether the item was as described unfortunately, as this was bought on somebody else's request. I believe the cost was very much justified. Thank you very much.
