  I ordered 3 2packs of the bliss makeup melt. Unfortunately, every bottle leaked, some worse than others. I lost about 2 bottles worth in transport. I contacted the seller to see if there was anything they could do. They responded very quickly & offered to send 2 replacement bottles. I received the package & the seller ended up sending 3 bottles, with increased packaging. 1 of the 3 leaked significantly, but the other 2 were perfect. Great seller. They stand behind what they sell.

  Despite having a couple problems with the plushies, seller responded quickly and promptly sent me a refund for my items while allowing me to keep them, and we settled the issue in under and hour. Overall very good seller!
