  Seller was communicative about combined shipping when I ordered two items. Items were well-packaged and even came taped with printed chainsaw man tape (which I would love to know where to get!) to match the theme of the items.   All the Items were very securely packaged, came with no damage and arrived extremely fast, Im extremely grateful for the fair price they were sold at considering how expensive merch (mostly region exclusive) can be on Ebay. Definitefely recommend buying from this shop 100%!!

  The plushie arrived with damage on her feet (the material was ripped and peeling off a bit) not mentioned in the listing (see pics). However, the seller responded promptly and politely to my complaints and offered a partial refund for the damaged item. Other than the feet, the item arrived in good condition.

  The buyer was very nice - the plush we sold had some deterioration on the pleather foot parts which were somehow absent in our photos. We made the mistake, but they were nice and communicated with me about it! We take all the photos of our merch ourselves, so we apologize for the mishap.
