    I was sent the wrong size in shirts that I ordered. This seller refused to replace the shirts with the correct size. I needed to ship them back to get my money back. So, I purchased something, it was wrong, and I was out the shirts I ordered and had to do more work by then mailing them back, all for nothing. Very disappointed in the customer service given by this seller.

    A full refund was issued once the shirts were returned, but I understand you were hoping for additional compensation beyond that. While we always strive to resolve issues fairly, we're unable to provide free items or extra discounts in addition to a full refund.
