  Ordered 3 books from this seller before Christmas, two came, got the email that all three were delivered, but that wasn't the case, so one present short at Christmas. But this great seller shipped me out another copy of the same title that was missing and got it no problem, and very quickly. Saving it for her birthday. Communication was great and courteous, and they were eager to fix the problem. Can't ask more than that. Thank You!

  Great seller, fast dispatch. The book I received was listed as new and overall in good condition but there is a big scratch on the back of the cover that did not happen during postage as there was no damage to the packaging.

  By necessary and sufficient packaging, I received the very beautiful special edition exactly as described and pictured in the product description. The speed of delivery was average, but this is not considered to be a seller issue. This seller has many other attractive books and I would gladly do business with them again if the opportunity arises.

  Very quick mailing and arrival of the item. It arrived safely due to the excellent packaging. It exceeded the quality description provided when I bought the item and was in perfect condition. The cover appeared as new - absolutely perfect appearance. The price paid was a good value for this collectible.
