    Was not a pristine unboxed unused phone otherwise it's fine. The screen is scratched in several places, and it's clearly a well used phone. It was shipped in a jiffy bag with a single layer of additional bubble wrapped. Zero customer service - basically told that I can go fish for any sort of partial refund, knowing that sending it back is going to cost me time and effort that really isn't worth it over £20. Buyer beware, this seller is quite happy to describe his items incorrectly.

    This seller was great. We had some minor issues which the seller was the first to admit the mistake and take action. The delivery was fast and the seller was great. I would definitely recommend this seller. Cannot complain for the price and the condition. And it comes with a years warranty with the seller. Couldn't ask for anything better. Would use this seller again. Thank you.

    I can’t tell enough of how impressed I am with the condition of the phone plus the super speedy delivery. I was initially expecting it for Tuesday and was flying out on Monday but this phone turned up at my door on Sunday morning and I only placed my order early morning on Saturday. I’m really impressed. 100% from me and will recommend this seller to friends and family. Thank you guys.

    The seller sent the wrong colour iPhone and did not, initially, respond to several e-mails about sending the wrong product. I got a response the next day after I had given up waiting for a response and had already sent the iPhone back for a refund. That said; the condition of the phone was exactly as described and I would have kept it if it had been the correct colour.
