First off, the value of the item that I purchased from this seller was outstanding as well, shipping, shipping cost and shipping time, they were great.     Found a note in the package stating that TVD found a copy of one of the programs to have a loose and very scratched disk and that they contacted the producer to send me a copy directly from them AND they apologized. The apology was 100% unnecessary, that was FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you TVD!

    Item was shipped with several other purchases. They were well packed and were received when expected. The DVD was in the condition described, but the DVD case was different enough from that shown in the listing that I thought that wrong DVD had been sent. The DVD case I received has the picture rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise, the text at the top is in a different font and layout, but otherwise it is what I ordered.
