The package got to within 15 miles of being delivered and USPS lost it. No more tracking info - it was just gone. On Thursday I contacted ebay and immediately heard back from the seller. They contacted the post office and on Monday morning the lost pkg was delivered to me. That is excellent customer service and I look forward to doing business with them again.
