Seller mailed them quickly and was good with communication. Item was very well packaged, but USPS was rough during transit - seller gave prompt refund for items damaged by USPS in transit. All four soup bowls arrived in perfect condition whereas from a different seller I bought 5 identical bowls and only 2 arrived unbroken. Trades4Fun's packaging was a work of art and I am a 78 year old mechanical engineer who knows a lot about packaging. I recommend this seller highly.
