  Working with this seller was a great experience, parts arrived as described, value was great for the money.   Advertised as good trunk lid and had a couple marked spots where the part supposedly had damage but when I got the part it was all dented and scratched, seller agreed to refund $150 to cover some of the cost to repair but he never sent the refund , will not answer to my messages. Very bad and unprofessional seller , don’t trust this guy . I will have to contact eBay to get my money back

  WARNING!!!!! This did not go well. I ordered the bumper and I had to contact them asking why it hadn’t shipped. Then I saw I had missed calls from an unknown number. They were asking about sensor holes. The picture didn’t have them, so I was worried. They sent a different color and bumper. I contacted them, they first offered half off. After a few days, they FINALLY agreed to a return. YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDER. Our customer is paying $1k now and should have just gotten a new bumper.

  We reach out to you to explain if it was okay to send out a better condition bumper . Your phone number would go straight to voicemail. When you finally reach out to me we had shipped out the bumper . You were not satisfied and open a return . We understood you didn’t want the bumper and accepted the return and provided a return label. You never shipped out the bumper and you closed the case . Not sure why you left negative feedback. We even offer a partial refund .
