    The product is exactly as described. Fast service and excellent customer service! I received my iPhone cover but unfortunately one of the rhinestones was missing. I emailed the seller and explained the issue. The seller was very quickly to respond to my email and resolved the issue by quickly replaced me with another iPhone cover with all the rhinestones intact. Highly recommend to buy products from this seller! And with that, I ordered more phone covers for my sisters!

    Item arrived as described and am very pleased. Seller did a great job shipping - next day 1/10. However, item was picked up by ZDA Express 1/10 but did not deliver to USPS until 1/21. Now three days later it has arrived by USPS. I would NEVER use ZDA for anything. Very pleased with the seller and USPS but certainly not ZDA Express.

    Ordered two sets of lights; one with 30 lights and one with 20, and the one with 20 arrived with a broken wire and only four lights working. Sent message to seller and within an hour they got back to me asking if I'd like a refund. Refund was issued within a few hours. Accidents and mistakes happen--what matters is that the seller dealt with the issue very quickly and politely, and sent a refund almost immediately when I agreed to it. Would 100% purchase from this seller again. Thank you!
