  Initially I received the wrong boots but they sent me a mailing label and as soon as they got them back, they quickly mailed out the correct ones! They arrived very quickly! The boots are great for me. Very nice looking boots. I really love them. For the great price and service, these are perfect! I appreciate the great customer service. Even though the Seller indicated on his site, it would take longer to receive these boots than when we needed them by, we requested expedited shipping, which wasn't offered, but we decided to take a chance, and the Seller shipped them immediately and we actually received them a day before we needed them. I am glad that the Seller recommended buying a size larger than what one normally wears, as the larger size fits perfectly.
