  I found my perfect laptop and these seller deliver it to me. Item was in a good condition, but had some tiny screen scratches that were not mentioned into the description. Item was shipped quickly, and very well packed. Seller communication was very good, he answer promptly to all the questions. Overall while not perfect (nothing ever is), I do like the unit they sent. Thank you !

  Could not speak more highly of this seller. I purchased a laptop from them in Feb 2025. I liked the unit and asked if they had something extremely specific for another purchase. They came back with a variety of options. After purchasing the 2nd unit I had some technical issues with it, and they helped me several times, including doing 2 replacements until I was satisfied with working solution in the end. Knowledgeable and responsive. Highly recommend for refurbished PC's.

  Shipping was fast and came on time. Packaging was very secure. The laptop is better than what was described, it’s basically in mint condition and came with the original charger. Worth the buy and glad I went with the Very Good condition. Questions were answered timely and were thorough. Would recommend & plan on taking another look in the future. I’d add photos, but I’ve already personalized everything. Thank you so much!
