    I ordered a 128GB Pixel XL listed as in stock, but the seller later said it was unavailable and offered a 32GB version with a memory card instead. I declined, but since it was marked as shipped, I couldn’t cancel the order myself. After a direct message, I received a refund, which I appreciate. However, the listing still shows the item as available, which is misleading. I hope the seller improves the accuracy of their listings.

    The correct product was really well packaged, and there was follow-up communication. I am pleased with my purchase from this seller. Five Stars! The phone is in good working order and almost looks new. Much fewer scratches than I was expecting with a used phone.

    What a journey on this one - the first attempt to ship it to me got stolen, but top4easy eventually shipped me another one after the proper paperwork was done. There was a lot of back and forth, but they communicated every step of the way and we got where we needed to in the end. I appreciate the seller for their patience and collaboration. The phone itself looks like it is in very good condition, they did an excellent job with the refurbishment. Thanks!
