    I did receive a new item as described and the price was fair. But, I gave 3 stars because I really needed this part for my furnace to work again. My family was cold. The Seller did not ship the item until the 3rd business day after I paid. When contacted about it, I received a message stating "Will do." Seriously? When it's freezing outside? The Seller needs to stand by there statement of "One day turn around". Won't buy from these guys again.

    This was shipped out within 24 hours of payment being received. Buyer purchased Friday evening and was upset that it did not leave our warehouse until Monday morning. Our facility is not open on weekends.

    Received the package in great condition, despite the delivery driver leaving it out in the rain. Very well packed. We have another blast of cold weather coming through soon, so will wait until that is past to install the valve (found a video on YT for this specific valve on how to install). This is a new part, bag condition was as advertised. Great transaction, price much less than other sources. Thank you!
