Then you get the item and you can use it right away and you want to make sure that the seller gets credit for being one of the good ones by giving them a gold star or something but all you can do is leave a really good review so this is it. But in the end the item arrived in reasonable time and condition. The seller was willing to communicate and that’s a plus! The item itself is not great quality but it was also less expensive than the OE kit from Pfister. I would buy the Pfister next time and I will update my review if this kit fails prematurely.
