  Seller will make a promise then never keep it. Uses the cheapest method of shipping which does get lost and is impossible to find. Doesn’t respond to messages either. Had to contact eBay to get a refund after seller promised to send a replacement and never did.

  This is a very nice tool, excellent vendor with excellent communication. The product arrived in perfect condition. I just want to know that you need to look closely whether a Makita tool is 12 V or 18 V, it is hard to tell sometimes. Excellent vendor and I do highly recommend them.
