    I cannot fault this Japan seller. Their 100% feedback is totally justified. I bought a large expensive musical instrument for UK import and their service was so good. Informed and excellent English communications. They covered the (free ) expedited delivery via FEDEX and got the order to me in 4 working days and helped me pay UK vat & import via FEDEX. The instrument was in Yamaha's orginal sealed packing and in perfect order as received, and exactly as per their listing. Brilliant service.

    Definitely one of the best sellers globally on eBay. Bought a brand new, high-end Yamaha hi-hat stand. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality.     I was a bit skeptical to order such an expensive item from an overseas seller especially with the price being so much lower than if purchased local. However, all my questions were promptly answered prior to purchase and I was even notified of my requirements during shipping. Excellent communication.     Delivered new product as described at a great price. One hang up was paperwork for the Lacey Act declaration was not provided. So FedEx contacted me to help determine what this was and materials used in it's manufacture. This lead to about a 6 day delay as it was held in Anchorage AK.
