My item was just as described, and it was packaged super well, ready to withstand anything USPS threw it at! I wish I could say shipping was fast, but that’s not on the seller—my local post office lost it for two weeks. But when I let the seller know, he immediately worked to make it right, reaching out to the post office to try and track it, and promised a refund if they couldn’t locate it. Luckily, USPS finally found it! I got it today, and it works great!

Funko Pop was very safely packaged (thanks so much to the seller for trying) but still got a little dented during shipment when the outer box was squashed & so didn’t arrive in as perfect of a condition. It would’ve been perfect if not for the slight dent. But it’s still in wonderful condition & I love it—& it will still make a wonderful gift. Thanks again! :)

However, the seller did offer me a full refund for a return or a partial refund to keep it. So even though the item wasn't as described, the seller was kind to work with me without any issues.
