    Probably one of the best eBay sellers I have ever bought from. A really good quality item, in excellent condition. The seller took my inquiry out of office hours & responded promptly to confirm my urgent delivery request. It was in stock & posted the next day and I received it the following day. The seller's communication was positive & most courteous. I have packed the box and posted it on receipt to a waiting customer, having been let down by another seller.     Great customer service and communications, Item as described and despatched in good time, unfortunately one bowl of three arrived badly broken but seller very quickly despatched another to replace it. They were well packed so expect transit poor handling was to blame. Very happy with the items bought and its good to have a complete set again (we have been using these since the 70's and still love it !!!). Many thanks.
