  I purchased a cellphone that stated brand new. So when I received it the box was open and everything inside was already opened. I tried to activate it was having issues so contact straight talk they advised " phone cannot be activate as it's outdated" I contacted seller they argued it was not open. Will not respond correctly to issues. I would not buy from this seller.
