  This item is just as described. I used to have one a long time ago and this one is exactly the same thing and in perfect condition and working order. The seller sent a sweet thank you note in the well packaged container. I can even store my warmer in the same package for safe keeping. It was sent out to me right away and I am very grateful for the integrity displayed during the entire transaction. Also, the price was reasonable and I hope a satisfying deal for both of us. Thank You.

  Great seller. Received item pretty quickly. Seller sent thank you card in the box, really nice touch. Unfortunately the coffee pot is too large for my coffee maker and the seller doesn't accept returns.

  Shipping was Not great. This item was Not as described in listing or pictures. It came with a broken spout and had been wedged in to keep it in place. Even in his pictures, can see a gap there. But, from his pictures, it looked ok. I never would have purchased this defective item if I knew this, because planned to use this whistling teapot. I was disappointed to put it mildly. Packaging was small box with brown paper over item, not wrapped up at all. Value of item should have been marked free.

  When I shipped this coffee pot it was not broke as shown in the pictures. I did give her a full refund including shipping before the negative feedback.

  I was looking everywhere for this item. When my karafe handle broke I looked everywhere for it. Kuerig didn’t have a replacement in stock, Amazon didn’t carry it, etc. I was happy to find this on eBay with this seller. The item came unused masterfully packaged and well protected in a timely manner with a nice note. Thank you Tim for solving what could have been a coffee disaster. I would buy from this seller again in a heartbeat!
