Came to arrangement with the seller to get the parts that he had for this figure, he told me what had happened and I went ahead with the purchase, the parts he had were in great condition, this being a very difficult figure to get a hold of, I knew that I may have a hard time getting it, I am building my own from what he had so I am happy with my purchase, we came to an arrangement of a refund for what I had, excellent communication with the seller, thank you for your services
