  Item arrived fast and it’s the exact item described by the seller! Item condition is new as described with minimal wear to plastic seal. Item was packaged well and although, the disc got dislodged during shipping it did not get damaged whatsoever. I’m satisfied with my purchase. Great seller! 100% recommend this seller.

  As described but missing power cord and damaged during shipment but nothing that couldn't be fixed. When shipping printers, the inks should be removed and bagged separately. We do appreciate the transaction and hope if there are more, we are notified and the seller will work with us for better packaging/cushioning. Overall, printer works, but needs a few parts which is all we could ask for the price.
