    Product was delivered in a neat and tidy package, though I don't think it was its original retail box. It arrived a day earlier than expected and keycaps look and feel like good quality, so I'm really happy about all that! However, one of the keys (numpad / ) in the set was damaged, scratched in two directions. This was NOT noted in the item description and was pretty unexpected and disappointing because it was sold as a brand new, unused, and unopened keycap set.
