    Unfortunately the item arrived a week after it was required, which is no reflection on the seller, more The Royal Fail who as usual did not deliver the Service the Seller had paid for. Full refund given as the goods were then superfluous to requirements. Excellent Customer Service I definately recommend this seller when the goods aren't time critical. AA+

    Items advertised as black - i was sent blue items nowhere in the description does it say the items are blue and all images are of black items - asked seller to explain and was informed all the items he sells of this nature are blue so not sure why the images are black. Requested a return through ebay as items not as described but i was refunded instantly by the seller. Seller then 2 days later asked if i wanted to return the items hed already refunded. Very confusing transaction
