  Received the wrong item initially (mistakes happen, no problem) but as soon as I notified seller they made things right and promptly sent the correct ones. Product itself does the job and is a great price. Shipping was fast without issue. Excellent customer service, highly recommend buying from this seller.

  Card arrived after Seller had difficulty tracking package. Lost at Grapevine, TX post office for some days but obviously Seller pushed to find the card. It arrived late and after Christmas, but it did arrive. AAA+++SELLER! THANK YOU!

  I am giving this seller 5 stars because he went above and beyond to get this tag to me after making it, but the USPS failed to deliver it not one but THREE times. He spent time and postage, trying to give me what I ordered. So, even tho I never got the tag, I was willing to let him keep the small amount I paid for it as partial payment for his trouble. He still refunded me the purchase price. Genuinely honest and straightforward seller! Highly recommended.

  Package has not arrived. Seller is rude and package is obviously lost and I can’t get a refund until it arrives. Well it’s been I. A post office in Fredericksburg for 2 days. So I will probably never get it or a refund. Asked seller for help with the shipping. Response is she can’t control the mail. Poor customer service. Never order from this seller bc if the package is lost she does not care.

  total lies, the ESTIMATED DATE IS THE 18TH NOOT THE 16TH. tHE TRACKING EBVEN SAYS RUNNING LATE. wAS MAILED THE SAME DAY RECEIVED.sHE WOULDNT EVEN CONTACT THE POST OFFICE AND ASK THEM. nOT MUCH I CAN DO FRONM 1/2 WAY ACROSS THE COUNTRY. was not rude just stating ebay policy. She was very rude and demanding
