    Sent it back as packaging and logo on hairdryer different to picture. They were very good. Were happy for me to return it and pay postage plus refund. Answered my messages straight away. So although mix up with packaging, Id use this company again. As I know if there was a problem, it would be immediately resolved. Excellent customer service.

    Good boxes and great value. Fit the purpose. Fast dispatch and delivery. Unfortunately, one of the boxes arrived broken. I've messaged the sellers and they offered to either send me a replacement box or arrange a refund for the broken one. I chose the replacement box and received it within 2 days. I was very impressed with this sellers' outstanding customer service and quick response to my enquiries. I would buy from them again and definitely recommend to others. Thanks 👍🏼

    Seem good for the price, unfortunately, they got damaged in transit, definitely not the sellers fault, it appears something heavy fell on them, you could see the damage on the packaging in the same place. Contacted seller who replied straight away, on a Sunday, and issued a refund immediately. Had to source some locally, which were more expensive, but I didn't want to risk some being damaged again, and I needed them quickly.

    Prompt despatch & delivery. Good quality, new, competitively priced item. Listing photos are accurate and reflect item received ... except the 125mm extension bar was missing from the case received !? Contacted the seller via eBay messaging who responded promptly and resolved the issue within 24 hours and so cannot fault the customer service. Would've given 5 stars rather than 4 stars if the case had been complete in the first place !
