  I seldom save a seller but I did save this seller and I'll tell you why; shipping, packaging, "as described and value all 5 stars and you couldn't ask for more. Also they offered "make an offer" which I took advantage of and it was accepted which I was grateful. I purchased this special buckle to wear with my actual web belt that I wore when I was active military. Great, great seller.
