  The item above came to my door as described, still in the wrap, with the original box, and on time. I had no issues with the shipping or the tracking. the seller offered it with low shipping costs, so I bought it. Everything went very smoothly, and I would deal with the seller again, and purchase similar equipment if offered.

  Seller is very responsive and shipped my item quickly. Unfortunately the product itself was damaged/ unusable, but I believe the seller listed it in good faith not realizing that it was broken inside the unopened package. The seller was understanding of my request for a refund and approved it right away. Thank you for your fair business practices!
