  WOW🌞😁.. what can I say but how wonderful these boots look. They are in excellent condition and they are even better looking than the photos. The packaging had 3 layers of protection to help prevent any rough handling by the shipping company and any bad weather it may encounter. And the communication? AWESOME. response to my questions were almost instantaneously responded to. I’m extremely satisfied with this vendor and my purchase…Definitely keeping this company on my list 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

  Overall this has been the Best Customer Service experience I have had yet on Ebay. The seller accidentally sent Me the wrong item, but went above and beyond to coordinate not only the return of the Boots I received but the return of the original ones I ordered so I could exchange the incorrect ones and they could be shipped on to their original buyer. You just don't see this kind of commitment to service like this anymore. WB items is truly a great seller to do business with. THANK YOU

  Item arrived today packaged nicely and was brand new still in the plastic bag. One thing I’m unsure of is why the string on the bottom right exits the end of the fabric but on the left side it’s poking out a hole in the fabric about 6 inches from the end. See pictures. This is not the sellers fault, the item is brand new in the bag. Not sure why it was sewn that way.

  It's not to often you find that one amazing seller/person but when you do it's the best feeling. This seller made my birthday a very happy one. I found these shoes and knew I had to have them and she made sure I did. The most kind seller I've ever known. I've bought alot online through the years and this seller went far beyond to make me happy.. down to the happy birthday stickers on the packaging to the gloves. I'm so grateful and I truly wish all sellers were just like them. Thank you!!!
