  This is a beautiful handbag and is exactly as described. Shipping costs were reasonable considering the weight of the handbag. The item was packaged well, and a good value for my dollars!

  This was a mixed experience with a positive resolution. The shoes condition was not as described. There were two defects that weren't in the pictures or description. One of these would require repair by a cobbler to wear the shoes. (The finishing nails were poking through the footbed/heel of one shoe) After some communication, the seller offered a refund rather than a return, as it would have cost more in shipping than the price of the shoes. I can have them repaired with refund. Ended well.
