    Not seller fault: Volume knob arrived broken due to poor handling with fragile written on all sides. Shipped quickly. Item arrived as described. Powered on. Unable to fully test on arrival due to damages. The packaging appeared well. Most likely broke in shipping. I would use this seller again. USPS was not cautious removing it from the van even though fragile stickers were all over the box. Not sellers fault. Great value.

    ***READ***Purchased a ballast from this seller who shipped it quickly and it was very well packed. Problem was it did not work .... I contacted the seller and got an immediate response. Apologized for it not working and refunded my entire amount. Now that's GREAT BUSINESS!!! You can be confident in your purchase because this seller will do whatever it takes to make it right for the customer. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and SUPPORT!!!     Unit arrived as pictured and described. I was worried that since this turntable had to travel all the way across the US, that it would arrive in pieces. Rest assured; the seller did a phenomenal job in packing the unit up for safe shipping. With a little work I hope to have this bad boy up and running, playing vinyl soon. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again. 5-star seller for excellent service and 5-star gorilla award for the excellent gorilla proof packaging. THANK YOU!

    As described, tapes I've played on the right side sound fine, the left side is a little slow and new belts will fix that. The packaging had bubble wrap and a good box. Shipping was ok the postal service had some delays. Great price on unit and shipping. AAA+

    So, sadly, this item was damaged in transit, even the box was heavily damaged. Seller was willing to take the item back, & was also open to a creative solution that worked out better for me to keep for parts for an identical model that I have already. Seller was very nice & had ASAP both pre as well as after receiving the item. Shipping damage has nothing to do with the seller, I’m very happy with how seller responded & would recommend based on business ethics, even tho I can’t review the item.
