  Quick ship and delivery. Item was wrapped very well, but was afraid to open box to a broken vase, as the box was bulging, top and bottom. I feared the worst, but all was well. What a beautiful piece. Shipping probably could have been a little less, but,regardless, I am very pleased with the entire transaction. Seller gets a double thumbs up.

  Item was packaged pretty well but arrived broken. Had it not broken, it would have fit the description. Value was good and shipping was fast. Seller was responsive when I brought the issue of the broken ceramic to their attention.

  The package arrived three days later than it said it would, but that was probably USPS and they’re slow service. There was also a puncture in the box, but the coffee mug was wrapped very securely with bubble wrap and paper, and it arrives safely.

  I received a beautiful vintage, wooden, hand carved Buddha in immaculate condition. The shopkeeper was kind enough to accept my offer below asking price. This generosity of heart touches my spirit. The fragile piece was boxed and carefully wrapped and packaged with protective materials, but without wasted papers. The shipping was speedy. This was an all-around wonderful online shopping experience
