  I've ordered from The STRATosphere several times over the years. They've always had quick shipping and the products have always been exactly as described. You can imagine how bummed I was when my neck arrived damaged. They responded very quickly to my message, addressed my concerns and I was able to send it back with no hassle.   Always had good experiences with this seller , US Fender neckplate w/screws at a great price . Well packaged and as described .Shipping was horrendous and I would give negative stars if possible . 15 days for delivery .Package crossed continental US in 4 days , then 11 days west coast to Hawaii .

  I like the fact that UPS was used for shipping and the packaging was basically plain wrap doesn’t describe what was inside the box which was well wrapped up in bubble pack item as described neck is incredible it’s like a slab neck nice and thin. Good price on 62/63 Fender AV ll neck. Seller offered quick service and fair price can ask for more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ recommended

  I’ve bought a few items from this seller and I’m happy to say that the experience has always gone well. This time there was an issue with how the post office is running right now. I asked a few questions and they were very responsive. My item turned up and was delivered and was safely packaged. Would definitely work with again.

  Excellent seller!! I received the loaded pickguard in mint condition and as described. The shipping is okay. I live in NH and feel $12 was a bit steep for same-state shipping. I will say the item was very well packaged and arrived without a scratch on it. I'm a BIG fan of the Stratosphere. Will be ordering again real soon. Thank you for a smooth transaction.

  Bought a bass body. Shipping was relatively fast (about 6 days). Came as advertised, same color and all the hardware and everything. Packed super well not a single scratch or dent. Plus just a relatively good price. If you’re looking to build a guitar or replace parts, buy it from here, I genuinely have no complaints and will be buying here again when I need to. Absolutely exceptional service!
