    The courier marked this as delivery made, posted through letterbox. I didn't receive the item. None of my neighbours had received it either. I contacted the seller and a refund was quickly put in my account. This not the seller's fault. I was offered a replacement item but I don't trust the courier. I would advise not to use Hermes if you are selling. Even though Hermes was renamed Evri quite some time ago, the tracking number was ' Hermes : numbers' .

    lovely little charm in perfect condition, so pleased with it, didnt realize that the middle bit turned round like a proper carousel. Nicely packed and came in its own little bag, spot on for a lovely little present. Defo worth every penny. Would highly recommend this ebay seller and will use them again. A***************
