    Although I received notification that item was delivered, it was not the case. I contacted seller and explained. I accommodated his request that I give it a few more days and now that my order is 15 days old he refunded full purchase price.

    This seller is very honest and communicated very well. The Patch I received did not match the one in the picture. When I contacted them they responded very quickly and explained what had happened. They gave me a complete refund. I would 100% buy something again. This is how sellers should respond to a mistake
