  Item as described. Excellent packaging, timely shipping. I highly recommend this Ebay Seller. Professional, honest and polite. The only problem is it doesn’t fit the base that I bought it for, but that is not the seller’s fault, they gave the measurements of the piece. I still love it, and I will now search for the base!
