  They have been great at communicating and getting answers. The server was extremely well packed even FedEx tossing the box around there was virtually nothing wrong with the unit (slightly bent PSU release where box was caved) definitely suggest working with these guys

  Received the item as described and on time. Tested and determined to be in perfect working order. The Item appears clean and in near-new condition with no blemishes visible when held at arm's length. Packing materials used ensured that the item would arrive at it's destination undamaged.   This is the second purchase I have made from TheServerStore. All 5 posted and the processors appeared to be freshly pasted. Shipment came well-packed, which was good because I am pretty sure that FedEx threw the boxes off the side of a building - bent rack ears, one of the nodes had a bent front bezel, boxes were water-damaged - the driver who dropped them off apologized and made a note of the poor condition. But the servers are great - I now have 5 (10 nodes) running in production.

  The item arrived quickly and as described. Everything was super clean and included all of the drive trays and 2 SAS cables as pictured and claimed. The packaging was great with ample smart foam to protect it. All of the connectors on the backplane power supplies work correctly. The drive trays were missing 3 of the dummy drive inserts that typically come with them, but since I'm using more drives than that and they would've had to be removed anyway, that was not an issue. Great Seller!
