  Package arrived so quickly and the hat was packed well. Item arrived a little differently than described, but after messaging the seller we were able to amicably resolve the situation. 100/10 seller and will 100% buy from them again due to how lovely they were to work with in addition to being very responsive.

  Seller answered questions about product in a very timely manner. The item purchased was exactly as described in both pictures and words. The item was packaged in a way that kept the item in great condition. The shipping was quick and was received quicker than I had expected. The value of the item was great. I would buy from this seller again.

  Seller not only took over two weeks to ship item but even after I asked to please ship carefully neglected those simple instructions and barely packaged the item with any material to keep it from getting damaged or moving. Box wasn’t even taped all the way and was completely caved in. After contacting seller, they were not interested in making it right with me by refunding 11 dollar shipping. Saying “ Maybe I got lucky, but the item arrived as described.

  This person was mad at me because I taped 2 boxes together for the item to fit. I don’t see a big deal with this, but I apologized. Then they said I saved money on shipping so they want their shipping money back. I informed them I charged $12 and spent $25 to ship. They then said “make it right or I’ll leave negative feedback” I said maybe I got lucky, but the item arrived as described so I’m not going to be extorted into giving money back. They refused a return. Was 5 days to ship as I was sick
