  The Real Camera Co. have provided exceptional care, going above and beyond to help us choose, understand and setup the Durst Enlarger we bought from them. The item works perfectly, was as described, perfectly packaged, and shipping was excellent, arriving next day super fast. As the enlarger was something we'd not used before, they helped us through setup with ongoing replies after we received the item, and were very generous with their time and support.   Great ebayer, very very fast delivery, The X-Rite ColorMunki Photo - Monitor Printing & Projection Colour Calibration boxed, was wrapped extremely well for shipping, was good quality and condition, was in fact better than described and was an amazingly good price.   The camera was received with almost impossible speed; ordered an afternoon and received the following morning. Totally impressive! It came well packaged. The camera body is in mint condition and exceeded my expectations and description. On the whole, the value was more than fair. On a query about some imperfections within the lens which apparently is a feature of glass this old, the vendor responded quickly, reassuringly and professionally which was very much appreciated.

  Micro bubbles / seeds within early Zeiss glass is a phenomenon known caused during their early glass making processes, and well worth some researching by any keen collector. We are glad you received your order quickly. Most welcome back any time.

  Item as described and at a good price, dispatched quickly. Packaging probably needed to be more robust, box was crushed and part open at delivery (assume courier) but there was sufficient padding so item was undamaged. Unlucky with courier this time perhaps, otherwise all fine.
